This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding purchases made through the Line of Sight Defense website (the “Site”), including scheduled training courses. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through this Site are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services once a transaction has been completed, including scheduled courses.
2. Course Scheduling and Attendance
For all courses purchased through the Site:
- Once a course is scheduled, you are solely responsible for attending the scheduled date and time
- Failure to attend a scheduled course (no-show) results in automatic forfeiture of your payment
- Late arrivals may be denied participation at our discretion and will be treated as a no-show
3. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling may be permitted under strict conditions:
- Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled course
- Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability
- Only one reschedule per purchase may be allowed
- Requests made within 48 hours of the course will be denied
Failure to meet these conditions will result in forfeiture of the purchase.
4. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed all course details, including date, time, and location
- You are available to attend the scheduled session
- You understand the commitment required
Failure to review or plan accordingly does not qualify for a refund or reschedule.
5. Limited Exceptions
Refunds or credits may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The course is canceled by Line of Sight Defense
- The course cannot be delivered as described
In such cases, we may offer:
- A rescheduled session
- Store credit
- A refund (only if required by law or deemed appropriate at our discretion)
6. Non-Eligible Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling:
- Change of mind
- Scheduling conflicts
- No-shows or missed classes
- Late arrivals
- Failure to meet participation requirements
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate restriction from future services
- Submission of evidence to dispute the claim
- Potential legal action in cases of fraudulent disputes
8. Processing of Approved Claims
If an exception is approved:
- Processing may take 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Fees associated with payment processing may be non-refundable
9. Policy Enforcement
This policy is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not comply with these terms.
