LTC Combo Course
The LTC Combo Course at Line of Sight Defense combines the Texas License to Carry (LTC) requirements with our Fundamental Pistol curriculum to give El Paso, TX residents practical, in-depth training. This course is perfect if you want more than just the basics. You’ll practice range drills, learn marksmanship fundamentals, and complete the 50-round LTC qualification and state test. No prior experience required.

What to Bring
Reliable semi-automatic pistol (NO revolvers) - bring the pistol you plan to carry. (Rental pistols available. Select “Handgun Rental” at checkout.)
100 rounds of pistol ammo (available for purchase - select caliber at checkout)
Eye and ear protection
Season-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes
Ladies: please avoid low-cut shirts (to protect from brass)
Water, snacks, and a baseball hat
Rain gear - we train in most weather conditions

What You Will Learn:
Fundamentals of pistol safety and handling
When and where to shoot, and how to make split-second decisions
Marksmanship fundamentals, reloads, and clearing malfunctions
Training on the legal use of deadly force and real-world application
Practical drills to build confidence and competence
50-round LTC handgun qualification, followed by the state 25-question exam
